IISAC2014 Star Party coming up!

The <a href="http://www.iceinspace.com Read Full Report.au/iisac” onclick=”_gaq.push([‘_trackEvent’, ‘outbound-article’, ‘http://www.iceinspace.com.au/iisac’, ‘IceInSpace Star Party’]);” title=”IceInSpace Star Party” target=”_blank”>IceInSpace Star Party (IISAC) event for 2014 is only 6 weeks away!

Being held on the 24th-26th April, in the Hunter Valley area of NSW, IISAC is a star party I run as part of my astronomy website, IceInSpace.

If you’re keen to get under some beautiful dark skies with great foregrounds and try some nightscape imaging, IISAC is for you! To get a feel for some of the images you can capture there, have a look at my IISAC2013 images.
If you’re keen to have a look through some telescopes for perhaps the first time, and see planets, galaxies, nebulas and more, IISAC is for you!

If you’ve never been to a star party before, if you’ve never seen the Milky Way under a dark sky, you just have to come along. It’s a great event for the whole family – you don’t need to own a telescope, and you don’t need to be an IceInSpace member. Everyone is welcome, and I hope to see you there.

I hope to see you there!
