In an area normally off-limits to tourists (past East Beach at Cape Leveque), there’s some sacred Aboriginal land in and around the sand dunes near Hunters Creek. Fortunately, Ken has connections and was able to get a local Aboriginal guide, Gavin Hunter, to come with us into the dunes so we could do some photography at sunset.
Check out the three versions of these pandanus palms captured as the light changed that afternoon.
This 3:1 panorama was captured during my Kimberley photographic tour. Story and blog post.
