Captured back in February at Forresters Beach, when the Milky Way was rising early in the morning – a perfect time for dark skies facing East at the beach.
I climbed up into the hills overlooking the beach, battling the scrub and trees and trying not to get too many scratches on my shins and calves. Navigating in the dark was harder than I expected 🙂 I eventually found a composition with these trees, reaching out and framing the Milky Way nicely.
Usual nightscape formula – Canon 6D, ISO6400, Samyang 14mm f/2.8, 30s exposure. Thanks for looking.
